Our Leadership
Strong leadership and accountable governance are essential to the success and safety of the youth and families we serve. Kingdom Youth Network is led by a dedicated staff team and governed by an active Board of Directors who provide strategic oversight, financial accountability, and mission alignment.
Together, our leadership ensures that our programs remain faith-informed, professionally operated, and youth-centered.

Staff


Sean Morgan
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Interim Treasurer
Sean provides oversight for Kingdom Youth Network. Sean possesses multiple years of experience in the nonprofit industry ranging from administrative operations, fundraising, and more. Sean has worked for Temple University, the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Liberty, and various collegiate institutions.
Sean’s day-to-day activities include: fundraising, developing partnership with local organizations, marketing/communications and more.
Sean holds a master’s degree in labor and employment studies and bachelor’s degree in sport management, both from Rutgers University - New Brunswick. Sean resides in Clifton Heights, PA with his wife, Charity and their two children.


Charity Morgan, Psy.D.
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Charity is responsible for day-to-day operations of Kingdom Youth Network. Charity's extensive background in the nonprofit industry is specialized in clinical psychology, with a focus in mental and behavioral health care for youth. Charity's work experience includes working in Philadelphia and Delaware counties for agencies that provide behavioral health services for children and youth.
Charity’s day-to-day activities include: monitoring the general operations of Kingdom Youth Network, human resources and more.
Charity holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Charity resides in Clifton Heights, PA with her husband, Sean and their two children.

Board of Directors


Marlene Lee, CTRS, CBIS
President
Marlene is a Development Coordinator with Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. She has served several roles in the nonprofit sector dedicated to the planning and implementation of advocacy and awareness building events for at-risk youth, survivors of brain injury, and the local Christian community. Her prior work experience includes serving roles with the Council on Brain Injury, Moss Rehab Hospital, Temple Hospital, and the Philadelphia Developmental Disabilities Center.
Marlene holds a B.S. degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University and maintains her professional certifications with NCTRC and ACBIS. Marlene resides in Bala Cynwyd, PA with her husband, Edward and their daughter.


Andre J. Hardy, M.Ed.
Vice President
Andre is Assistant Director, Career Services with the State of New Jersey's Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Andre has also served on the Board of Trustees and Alumni Board of Directors at his alma mater, Washington Adventist University. He also worked as Youth Advocate for at-risk high school students at Penn Wood High School over the course of his career and provided consulting to national youth mentoring programs.
Andre holds a B.A. in Public Communication from Washington Adventist University and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Cabrini University. Andre resides in Mount Laurel, NJ with his wife, Samantha and their two children.


Laurese Harper, M.Ed.
Secretary
Laurese currently works at The School District of Philadelphia as an HR professional where she strategically connects diverse candidates to historically marginalized student communities.
With a goal in mind to save the world, Laurese earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a M.Ed. in Counseling and Higher Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
It became clear that saving the world was not a feat she could take on solo, she decided to hang up her cape and work alongside others who are also change-makers - taking up causes to fight against injustice, creating programs for youth, life coaching and sharing the message that Black is beautiful.
Laurese resides in Philadelphia.

Tyler Eldridge, BFA
Board Member
Tyler Eldridge is a performing arts and community engagement professional who has contributed to organizations including The Philadelphia Independence Awards for High School Musical Theatre and Epic Church. He also serves as a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach and is actively involved in local leadership as Chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee for Kingdom Youth Network.
A Philadelphia native, Tyler brings passion, professionalism, and a spirit of service to every endeavor. He has led as a flag football captain in the GPFFL and continues to foster meaningful connections across the city through his work and volunteer efforts.
Tyler holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Tyler resides in Philadelphia.


Claire Falcone
Board Member
Claire Falcone is a community engagement and communication professional with experience in faith-based work, cross-cultural service, and digital storytelling. She has served organizations such as Foundation for Peace in the Dominican Republic as a short-term missionary and Spanish-English translator, and she has supported faith communities through social media strategy and bilingual communication.
Her work has taken her from Nashville to Santo Domingo to Seville, where she gained hands-on experience in youth engagement, bilingual education, and community outreach. Claire brings warmth, creativity, and a heart for service to every setting.
A graduate of Belmont University, she holds a B.A. in Faith & Social Justice and Spanish. Claire resides in Pennsylvania and continues to invest in her community through faith-driven service and meaningful connection.


Quishaun Murden
Board Member
Quishaun is a capital planning and strategy consultant who helps youth-serving nonprofits scale impact through finance, data, and partnerships. He has also worked to raise capital for minority-owned small businesses and advance youth economic empowerment through initiatives like STEM-Fit programs and technology-focused incubators.
Quishaun holds a B.A. in Economics and English from the College of William & Mary. He resides in Pennsauken, NJ with his children.
